Including a community room and reservable gathering space to connect with neighbors!

A world-class space that is designed to provide recreation and exercise for adults as well as fun and lessons for kids!
CHILDCARE SERVICES
So that Happy Valley's growing families are able to make full use of the facilities!
SPORTING FACILITIES
Including an indoor jogging track and multi-purpose gymnasium, so rain can't slow us down!
EXERCISE AND WELLNESS
Whether you want to use the weights & cardio spaces solo or take a class in the group exercise room.

How can the amount be so low? Because of smart planning, notably:
We're planning on building on land that the City already owns,
to minimize any additional real estate costs!
The State Legislature will be providing matching funds of $5 million!
... but only if the measure passes!
The City has already saved $20 million to go toward this project,
which must be used for recreational facilities.
